Times are as follow by last name:
Last Names beginning with A-G 8:00-9:00
Last names beginning with H-R 9:30-10:30
Last names beginning with S-Z 11:00-12:00
If you are unable to make it during any of the times listed above, you may pick up your child's packet and drop supplies off in the front office between the hours of
1:30 pm and 4:00 pm on August 16th
or
7:30 am-3:30 pm on August 17th.
Please Note: We are very sorry, but we will be unable to accommodate meet the teacher or classroom visits during these auxiliary times.
When you arrive on campus for our ALOHA DAY DROP IN:
1st: Look for the table with your alphabetical range (example: during the A-G window, these letters will be broken up even further to reduce your wait time)
2nd: Pick up your child's packet, which will have his/her class assignment on the front.
3rd: Visit your child's/ children's classrooms to briefly meet the teacher(s), pick up information, and drop off supplies (if you choose).
4th: If your child will be a car rider, make sure to fill out a car rider tag request form so that you will have what you need on the first day of school!
5th: Stop by our Stiles Point PTA table as you leave. We appreciate and rely on your support!
*Although they would love to see you, we respectfully request that you not visit the classrooms of former teachers in order to give the current grade level families time (and space) to get the information that they need.
